Competence management 3 in 1
That is assessing, developing and re-assessing
Is training alone sufficient for the development of our employees and managers?
If we are already developing, what skills do we focus on?
What should we do if our colleagues are not receptive to feedback or formal and effective feedback does not work within the company?
How can we measure the development of our colleagues?
What are the behaviors that can be observed in the workplace and which can be used to define competences well?
These are the questions that our clients contact us several times. In the past, we have dealt with this in more detail, but today we are able to offer a solution in a single concept.
But how?
- After extensive preparation, we will
- implement a 2-day program with the
- leadership of HTC’s consultants and the
- company’s 8-10 employees to implement a competency assessment, development and feedback program.
As a result of the program, skills develop and thinking processes change.
We assess where colleagues in a given competence are quantifiable, what their strengths are, what needs to change. We will then provide professional feedback in writing and / or orally along the indicators observed in the program.
In what areas is our service offered?
- communication
- problem solving
- conflict management
- negotiation skills
- decision-making
- motivation
- creativity
- strategic thinking
