Individual coaching: a personal consultation. A goal and result oriented process based on mutual agreement. The participant – the coachee – and the consultant establish a trustful relationship focusing on the client’s personal growth and development as well as the organization’s efficiency.
Action Learning is a group coaching method. Action Learning creates a high involvement, experiential learning environment that manages the balance between active participation and meaningful reflection. Members of the group can develop their competences both as coaches and clients. The number of participants can range from about 4 to 7 (the facilitator not included). The method mainly focuses on personal development and practical learning through considering actual issues brought in by the participants.
