AC/DC

The Assessment Center (AC) is a complex selection process aiming to find the most suitable person for filling a given position. The most important advantage of AC is that the candidate’s abilities are assessed by several people, in individual, pair and group activities, so that the observers can reach a full and unbiased conclusion. The process includes fact finding exercises, role playing, presentation tasks, examining case studies, the so called „Critical Incidents” Method, as well as group exercises.

The main advantages of the method are:

  1. It’s Company Specific. Every AC is tailored to individual competencies with specially designed exercises.
  2. It’s Objective. Several observers are evaluating parallel to each other, based on predetermined criteria to reach a final decision.

Just like the Assessment Center, the Development Center (DC) is also focusing on skills, but primarily from a developmental point of view. Results from the DC easily and reliably predict the optimal employment training for the employee’s career path. We are certain that if the AC/DC is applied properly, its effectiveness is unquestionable. Throughout the process competencies are always properly defined, interpreted, and clarified, as all steps are debated and predetermined by Human Telex Consulting and its partner.
