Our highly successful Leadership Talent Program launches with a new cohort on October 6! You can sign up easily by paying the participation fee (delegated track), or apply for one of six scholarship spots (scholarship track – application deadline: September 10); for the latter, the training itself is free, with participants covering only the cost of meals and accommodation.
What the Talent Plantation Talent Program offers participants:
- practical leadership knowledge and skills
- the opportunity to earn the Talent Plantation – Leadership Pipeline
- Talent Program certificate
- participation in professional programs offered by partners
- mentoring support from senior executives
- full access to Human Telex Consulting’s Digital Training Video Library for the duration of the Talent Plantation Program

The goal of the Talent Program is not to teach theoretical knowledge or leadership theory. Throughout the year, we focus on imparting practical experience and developing the competencies and skills required for future leadership roles. There are no specific requirements regarding degrees or fields of study; candidates from any higher education background are welcome to apply.
