Talent Plantation – scholarship spots are available for our new program starting in September!
Our highly successful Leadership Development Talent Program is launching with a new team on September 30th! You can simply apply for it by paying the participation fee (delegated branch), and you can apply for a scholarship for six places (scholarship branch) – in the case of the latter, the training is free, the participant only pays for the food.
What does the Talent Plantation Talent Program offer participants:
- practical leadership knowledge and skills opportunity to obtain the Talent Plantation –
- Leadership Talent Program certificate participation in professional programs offered by partners
- mentoring support from high-level managers
- full access to the Human Telex Consulting Digital Training Film Library during the Talent Plantation Program
- we provide catering (refreshments, meals) for the training days The purpose of the Talent Program is not to teach subject knowledge or leadership theory.
We build on the transfer of practical experience over the course of one year, we aim to develop the competencies and skills necessary for future leadership work. We do not set expectations regarding qualifications or the type or specialization of ongoing studies, the Talent Program can be applied to with any higher education background.
