Michelin-star trainings, or what makes a development great? To qualify for the Michelin Star, restaurants must be rated five categories. If a restaurant receives this title, it becomes a symbol of quality gastronomy and, in our view, becomes the best restaurant.
Nowadays, it is also a very important issue for trainers to provide excellent skills training to their organization. The decision is not easy. What’s the difference between good and excellent training? What makes a training excellent? How would the quality of trainings affect a Michelin star brand if it were?
